In close cooperation with the Foundation “Stiftung Informatik für Autisten”, we actively strive for inclusion. It is in our interest to offer neurodiverse young adults a fair chance to participate in society. To this end, we create an environment in which diversity is valued and in which every employee has the opportunity to contribute their unique skills.

On behalf of the Foundation, we see it as our task to promote the potential of people with special needs and to provide them with practical know-how in the field of IT and social skills on the basis of comprehensive training. The aim is to enable all people to become productive members of our society.

Our employees specialize in implementing training and support programs for neurodiverse people. The aim is to enable them to develop their IT skills and successfully enter the world of work. Targeted support is intended not only to enable young adults to make the transition to working life, but also to make it easier for them.

We offer practical and realistic IT training and support opportunities that promote the participation opportunities of neurodiverse young people in society.

EXPO 2020 PARTICIPATION

Organized by Swissnex, we had the special honor of presenting our company during the week of November 14-21, 2021, focusing on the theme “Tolerance & Inclusivity.” Proudly serving as a leading company in the field of innovation and education in Switzerland, we showcased our work for a week.

The Swiss Pavilion was visited by 1.7 million people throughout the entire duration of Expo and was considered one of the most visited pavilions of Expo 2020. A survey conducted by the Swiss Pavilion revealed that, among other areas, the visit to the pavilion had a positive impact on the visitors’ perception, especially in the field of innovation, and their image of Switzerland.

The international recognition and appreciation at Expo 2020 – a significant achievement for Rafisa – highlight the importance of our mission: Together for a more inclusive future!
