Social Pedagogical Support

Our internal social pedagogical support plays an essential role in all of our training and integra-tion programs, both in the areas of education and employment integration, as well as in housing. The social pedagogical specialists support young adults by promoting methodological, social and personality-related skills.

Implementation

The focus of the socialpedagogical support is on the mental health of our learners and their ability to integrate into the primary labor market, as well as the further training and guidance of our employees in dealing with the autism spectrum.

The support accompanies the learners from the day of the first introduction, through weekly group training sessions and individual coaching sessions, until the completion of their training or the end of the integration measure.

Support in the recruitment process for apprentices.
Aptitude and potential assessments.
Resilience and performance assessments.
Conception of training concepts.
Conducting social pedagogical individual coaching and social skills training in groups.
Networking with the learner’s support network (family members, IV, (psycho) therapy, support-ed living, etc.).
Development of individual support measures in consultation with the vocational trainers and the learner’s environment.
Organization and implementation of learner assessments.
Cooperation with various specialist agencies.
